Licensure and Accreditation

Sublime Health Solutions has provided licensure and accreditation (Joint Commission, CARF, COA, and ACHC) assistance to behavioral health and addiction treatment service lines for over twenty years. The services offered range from readiness site visits to complete, start to finish licensure and/or accreditation preparedness. We have successfully advised programs and agencies in all treatment modalities serving every consumer population. Every organization we have assisted has obtained licensure or accreditation. Our approach is highly tailored to each client’s needs, structure, state licensing and funding requirements. We work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to achieve cost effective and evidence-based procedures through all accreditation standards.

Sublime Health Solutions also offers an Accreditation Compliance Analysis, which is a comprehensive three-day compliance analysis focused upon the review and assessment of the organization’s compliance with specific accreditation standards. This compliance process includes a full review of all materials and activities to be assessed during your survey. Additionally, internal interviews are conducted to fully simulate the survey process. You, as a client, will receive a detailed compliance analysis, identifying all compliance issues and upgrade recommendations. Priority action items are recommended and scheduled in preparation for review.

Compliance is an essential component of licensure, accreditation, or certification. Sublime Health Solutions is focused on assisting clients with compliance, but also works with organizations to assist in remaining continuously compliant. Sublime Health Solutions offers educational service and programs to implement ongoing self-assessment and provides an external peer assessment process by which organizations can accurately assess their level of performance in relation to standards.
